Kållereds Hembygdsförening has an extensive archive consisting of documents and photos. This material was inventoried in the spring of 2014 with a grant from the foundation. The very extensive and interesting farm archive from the Sagered farm in Kållered will also be inventoried this fall with a grant from the Foundation. Sagered has a strong connection to the East India Company, which makes it even more attractive to historical researchers. Now that the Sagered archives have been listed, further research on the estate and compilation of the material is needed. Above all, it is the ownership list with families and their connection to the East India Company that should be explored. The history of the farmhouse, interior design, furnishings through estate inventories, stories through archive searches and other aspects of the farm are also included.
